The Get Ready for Work: GP Employment programme is delivered in partnership with Islington Training Hub, Islington Working/ iWork Health and Social Care Hub and Adult Community Learning (ACL).

The programme supports GP practices with recruitment to entry-level administration and reception roles to address their workforce needs. Additionally, it supports Islington residents get into work and gain experience working in primary care.
